In the age of I-phones and blackberry devices, mobile phone information can be of great value. These devices play a significant role in our day to day life and most of them can store significant amounts of information. Some of this information such as telephone numbers, addresses, photos, test messages, emails and internet activity can be used in your defense or prosecution.
Mobile Forensic Analysis is the forensic procedure used for the examination and analysis of cell phone and portable digital communication devices, such as PDA's, Blackberries and Apple I Phones. Digital artifacts such as phone call logs, email and sms messages are often retrievable even after they have been deleted from the device.
